It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Lee of Pinware, NL, announce his passing at Labrador South Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit in Forteau on Aug. 15, 2011 at the age of 75 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories wife Alice; children Lionel (Lucinda), Sheila (Neil), Neil (Joyce), Rosemary, Douglas, and Victoria (Lincoln); 10 grandchildren Sabrina, Pierette, Keith, Kristopher, Damien, Lana Lee, Neilson, Katie, Shannah, and Amanda; four great-grandchildren Kendra, Keagan, Kylan, and Kaine, as well as a large circle of other family and friends. He was predeceased by his grandson Kent, parents John and Winnie Lee. Visitors were received at Our Lady of Labrador Church on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from where the funeral service took place on Thursday, Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. with Fr. Anthony officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery in Pinware. As expressions of sympathy flowers were graciously accepted. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, L’Anse au Loup.
