November 9, 1957 - August 24, 2011.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Taite announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the age of 53. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories son Geoff Taite (Joanne Kelly) daughter Tracy Taite (Laurence Kennedy), brothers: Roy and Gord, sisters: Florence, Lucy, Dorothy, Christine, Wilma, and Debbie, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. He is predeceased by parents Scott and Mary Taite, sisters: Emily, Mary and Ada, brother Laurence. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Saturday August 27, 2011 from 12 – 2 P.M. with service to follow at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with major Frank Johnson officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy no flowers by request but donations can be made to the family.
