Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, August 22, 2011, Georgina Case of Salmon Cove, age 70 years. Predeceased by: parents: Albert and Abigail Snow; twin sister: Lavinia. Left to mourn, husband: Donald; two daughters: Brenda (Keith) Keeping and Carol-Ann (William) Spurrell, both of Salmon Cove; three grandchildren: Stephen, Michael and Meghan; one great-grandson: Grady; one brother: Albert (Hazel) Snow, St. John’s; three sisters: Pauline (Edgar) Snow, Harbour Grace, Margaret (Wallace) Sparkes, Paradise and Frances (Sterling) Willis, Paradise; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Rev. T. Wayne Blackwood conducted the funeral service on Wednesday, August 24 at Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove. Interment took place in Riverside United Cemetery, Salmon Cove. Donations in her memory may be made to Riverside United Church.
