The family of the late Isaac (Ike) Verge hereby thanks the many people who provided support as his health deteriorated and after his passing.

Special thanks to Dr. Coleman and his staff for their kindness in caring for Ike for many years but especially as his illness became worse in recent months. And special thanks, as well, to his brother Ches and special friends Gerald Penney and Bob Fraser for their support in helping him enjoy extra years at Birchy Lake.

Thanks to the doctors, nurses, other staff at the Emergency Room, Medical Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and Palliative Care Unit, and Marilyn Avery at Western Memorial Regional Hospital who cared for him over the past few months.

Thanks to Rev. Myles Vardy, Rev. Clayton Parsons, Gary Graham (organist), Wendy Woodland (soloist), and Doug Sweetapple, who delivered the eulogy, for their roles in creating a memorable celebration of Ike's life. Thanks, as well, to the pallbearers, the United Church Women and Men's Service Club, who provided the choir, the UCW for the post-service reception, and Fillatre's Funeral Home for their professional service.

Thanks to the many family members and friends who called, visited, brought food, made charitable donations in Ike's memory, and sent flowers, cards, and emails during his illness and following his death.
