Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on August 24th, 2011, Carmela Jamieson, age 96 years. Predeceased by her first husband Allan Murphy and husband John Jamieson; daughter Janice Noseworthy; and son Allan Murphy. Leaving to mourn daughter Eileen (Don) Andrews, Moncton, NB and son Robert (Mary) Murphy, Edmonton, AB; brother Willie Hickey, O’Donnell’s, NL; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, August 27th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
