Jean, loving wife of the late William John “Bill” Cluney. Dear mother of Cindy Longlade of Wellington, Keith Bugden of Picton, and the late Larry Bugden. Sadly missed by grandchildren Pam, Jen, Jess, Jon, and great-grandsons: Morgan, Aaron, Ryan and Toby. Sister of the late Florence Taylor, Bill and Sam Butler, all of Newfoundland. Jean was a founding member of the International Summer Vacation School in Toronto. A funeral service will take place at the NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S., Newcastle (just north of 401 at the lights) on Wednesday, August 31, at 7:00 p.m., with visiting for one hour prior to the service. Cremation and interment at Mt. Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations to St. George’s Anglican Church in Jean’s memory would be appreciated by her family.
