The death occurred suddenly at the Moncton Hospital on Monday, August 29, 2011, of Barbara Ann Chaisson (nee Mullally) of Moncton, N.B., and formerly of Toronto, Ontario and Farmington, P.E.I., age 62 years.
Survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Edward Chaisson. Dear sister of Theresa (Walter) Murphy, Charlottetown; Pius (Susan) Mullally, Sudbury; Mary Langlois, Montreal; Earle (Anna) Mullally, Charlottetown; Bernadette (Louis) MacKinnon, St. Peters Bay; sisters-in-law, Catherine Mullally, Sudbury; Lena (Gus) Bernard, Tignish; Celia (Gerry) Strickland, NFLD; Gloria (Stan) Watts, Toronto. Devoted godmother to her nieces Louise MacKinnon Inglis, Sackville, N.B.; Kim Waine and Melinda Donaldson, Sudbury. Cherished and amazing Aunt Barb to all her many nieces and nephews who she treated as her own children.
Predeceased by her parents, Carl and Mary Ann (Steele) Mullally; father and mother-in-law, Emile and Emma Chaisson; and her brothers, Joseph, James and Eugene; and sister and brothers-in-law, Islay Mullally, Leigh Langlois and Stella Ryan.
Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Center at St. Peters Bay on Friday, September 2, 2011, visiting hours 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass at the St. Peters Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
