Passed courageously and fearlessly away on August 30th, 2011 at the Health Sciences Centre, Helen Denine, aged 70 years. Predeceased by her husband John on September 18th, 2007, her mother Rowena (Reid), father Ernest Whitten and son Michael. Left with fond and loving memories her daughters: Mary (Tom), Cynthia (Douglas), Margaret (Robert); sons: John (Mary) and Gerald (Diane); sisters Florence Power (Richard deceased), Gloria Wells (Fred), Cynthia Edger (Barry), Glynis Doiron Wells (Harold); brothers: William (Marie), Roy (Madeline), Richard (Helen) and Randy; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There will be a gathering at her home to celebrate her life on Saturday September 10th, 12 noon. Any donation can be made to the Dr. H Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
