Died at home on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, Brian Earle formerly of Fogo and retired president of Earle Industries in his 93rd year. He leaves to mourn his wife and companion Dorothy (nee Carnell); daughters: Yvonne and Jane (Owen Hewitt) and son Harold; special grandchildren: Angelica Dale (Ottawa), Catherine and Sean Church (St. John’s) and his brother Austin (Nim). The family will receive friends at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Saturday, October 10 from 3to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Sunday, October 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brian’s memory may be made to the Quidi Vidi-Rennies River Development Foundation (5 Nagel’s Place, St. John’s, N.L.
