GOODINE, MINNIE - Minnie Goodine of Woodstock, formerly of Plaster Rock, passed away at the Carleton Manor in Woodstock on September 6, 2011. Born in Miminegash, PEI, on March 12, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Thelma (Butler) Murphy. Minnie leaves behind her daughter Carolyn Brown (Rex) of Woodstock; sons Ralph Goodine Jr. (Brenda Hutton) of Kennetcook, NS, Russell Goodine of Winnipeg, MN; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Goodine Sr.; brothers Lawrence and Harry Murphy Jr.
Resting at the Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock with visitation on Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 11 am from the Tobique Chapel. Father John Keoughan officiating. Interment will be in Linton Corner Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
