Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. L. A. Miller Center on Monday, September 5, 2011, Bernard Morgan, aged 84 years. Predeceased by wife Jean (nee Piercey - June 20, 1985) and daughter Rosalind (April 4, 1993). Leaving to mourn his children: Elizabeth (John), Barbara (Bernard), Ronald, Judith (Alex), Eric (Bonnie), Heather (Randy), David, Deanne (Ralph), Robert (Dianne), Kimberley (Keith) and Bernard Jr. (Michelle); 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother John and sister-in-law Irene Guest. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Barrett's Chapel on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation will follow funeral service. A private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernard's memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
