Suddenly and peacefully at his home on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, of Harry Williams Ramsay, Arlington, aged 75, beloved husband of Joyce Valerie (MacKinnon). Born Dec. 15, 1935, he was the son of the late Willard and Violet (Williams) Ramsay. Dear father of Trevor (Elizabeth) and Todd (Lori), both of Summerside. Loving grandfather to Harrison and Jackson. Son-in-law of Frank and Myrtle MacKinnon, Tyne Valley.
Harry is also survived by sister Marion Haslam, Springfield; brother-in-law Ron Mills, N.S.; Kelsey (Pam) MacKinnon, Tyne Valley; sisters-in-law Helen Ramsay, Charlottetown; Pearle Ramsay, Halifax, N.S.; and Reby MacKinnon, Summerside. Predeceased by his parents, sisters Gail Mills, Myrtle Ramsay and brothers Victor and Ernest. Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. Funeral will be held Wednesday at St. James Anglican Church, Port Hill, at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in St. James Anglican Church Cemetery. In memory of Harry, donations to St. James Anglican Church or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
