Passed peacefully away at her residence on Oct. 11, 2009, Norrie Sheppard, age 88 years. Predeceased by her husbands: Charles Ash (1948) and Ralph (Archdeacon) Sheppard (1989), sister Marion Tessier (2000) and brothers: Harold and Stephen March. Leaving to mourn daughter Charlene Reid (nee Ash), her husband Dr. Philip H. Reid and grandson Philip D. C. Reid, Rothesay, N.B.; sister Olive Boone, St. John’s, many nieces, nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Funeral arrangements to be announced at a later date.
