The family of Gordon H. MacKeigan wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all friends, family and neighbours for the many acts of kindness show to them in their recent bereavement. We especially wish to thank Norma Mills and Reverend Ritchie Robinson, the organist and choir of Wilson United Church. Thanks to the staff of An Cala Unit Cape Breton Regional Hospital Palliative Care nurses and doctors and Susan MacKenzie RN and J.M. Jobes Funeral Home. Thank you to those who called, sent food, cards, emailed condolences, sent floral tributes, church memorials and donations to Palliative Care. A very special thanks to Home Care, for all the years they attended to Gordie with such kindness, compassion and respect. They are very special people who brought laughter and a ray of sunshine into our lives.
