We the family of the late Janis Heffernan wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the many expressions of kindness and support following her sudden passing. To all of those who sent food, flowers, mass and sympathy cards, monetary donations, called or visited, our thanks. To Father Doug MacDonald for administering the Last Rites, to Father Paul MacNeil for his touching funeral service and to our friend Father Everett MacDow for concelebrating mom’s mass, we thank you. To the altar servers, readers, Eucharistic Ministers, choir and St. Agnes CWL for the luncheon following the funeral, we thank you. To the gift bearers, granddaughters Sara Kate, Andi and Lexi, mom would have been so proud. To EHS attendants, Michael and Johnnie, the nurses and staff of the NW Consolidated Hospital and Donnie MacIsaac of the Regional Hospital, our sincere thanks. A special thanks to Mom’s friends, sisters and brother for always being there. To Basil MacGillivray and Staff, a special Thank You for your compassion and professionalism.
