It is with our most sincere gratitude and appreciation that we, the family of the late Annie Regis Day (Nana) say "Thank You" to everyone who supported us during her recent passing. We will forever be indebted to you for your visitations, phone calls, emails, on line condolences, flowers, Mass and sympathy cards, gifts of food, donations made in her memory, expressions of condolences and the laughter shared remembering Nana's time spent with us. We also appreciated the presence of those who travelled long distances to be with us. We express our feeling of thankfulness to Dr. Doug Kohlsmith, Dr. Diana Dobson and the late Dr. Ronald Legacy whose care and compassion brought us much comfort. Thank you to the large gathering who shared in the celebration of Nana's life at both the Mass and reception held at St. Joseph's Church and the Parish Hall. A special thank you to concelebrants Fr. Peter Mcleod, Fr. Jake Andrea, and Fr. Bedford Doucette, organist Agnes Gaskell and the combined choir of St. Anne's and St. Joseph's; altar servers and Eucharistic Ministers, Urban Day, Billy Day, Jackie Day and Vic Gouthro; offertory presenters, Ketha Fahey and Wanda Rideout; lectors Ashley Tobin, Kara Swan and Angela Howe. Our love to Aunt Nita Day for always being there for Nana. Thank you to Dennis Jessome for his violin tribute at the grave site;you held a special place in her heart. To the Bras D'or CWL members who hosted the reception, we offer our sincere thanks for the true Cape Breton hospitality showed to everyone who attended. Nana would have been so proud. Thank you to Bobby Francis and Darcey Rideout of Francis' Funeral Home for their compassion and professional care. We will never forget your kindness and love.
