Passed peacefully away in Scarborough, Ont. September 3rd, 2011 in his 69th year, Thomas Arthur Murphy, formerly of Grand Bank. Predeceased by parents Rose and Ambrose, Wife Shirley, Leaving to mourn: Children, Rhonda (Ed), Lisa, Jacqueline (John), Tom, Allison (Jay), brothers John (Betty), Clyde, Sister, Marybelle (Harry), Mother-in-law, Laura Grandy. Loved Grandfather of Dallas, Brittney, Amber, Robert, Laura, Marley, Jessica, Jayson, Grayson, Reilly, Kennedy. Great Grandfather of Twins Cali and Haylee. Brother-in-law Fred Grandy, Gary Grandy (Jean), Ross Grandy (Lisa)Sister-in-law Beverley Freeborn (Aubrey). Funeral Service was conducted by Majors Lyndon and Lisa Hale from the Salvation Army, Grand Bank at 2pm on Monday, September 12th. Interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank. Music was provided by the Salvation Army Band. Pall Bearers were: Tom Murphy, Clyde Murphy, Fred Grandy, Gary Grandy, Fred Bennett, Paul Bennett, Ches Bennett and Levi Matthews.
