BELLIVEAU (GREEN) - EVA, 76, of Moncton, passed away at ProTem Health Services on Wednesday September 14, 2011. Born on August 30, 1935 in Painsec Junction, NB, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Lottie (Dutcher) Green. Eva enjoyed traveling and spending time with Eddie on the Miramichi River and taking long walks on the beach with their dog. She was a judge for the African Violet Society and traveled throughout Canada and the United States. Eva was also an avid gardener.
She is survived by one daughter, Susan of Dieppe; two sons: Robert (Linda Gauvin) and Richard (Karen Evans), both of Moncton; two brothers: Hubert “Chum” Green and Leonard Green, both of Dieppe; six grandchildren: Christine, Shawn, Scott, Steven, Luc and Josée as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edward (2004).
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. A private funeral service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Eva, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank ProTem for the excellent care they provided to Eva during her stay. We will never forget all the extra things that were done for her.
