Passed peacefully away at his home on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, Thomas John Stowe, age 82 years. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Hazel, of 61 years; his children: Peggy, Bernadette (Bruce), Paul (Judy), Tom (Mary), Derrick (Dawn); brother Nelson (Jeanne); his grandchildren Matthew, Adam and Katie Crocker, Thomas, Sarah, Christina, Rebecca and D.J. Stowe, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 16th at 10 a.m. from St. Peter’s Church, Mount Pearl. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Peter’s Parish or the Canadian Cancer Society.
