It is with great sadness that the French family announce the sudden passing of their dear brother “Eddie”. Left to mourn are his three sisters: Roz French, Corner Brook, Louise (Graham Ardley), Corner Brook, Pauline (Bill Haselhunn), Lake Bay, Washington; brother, Lionel French (Marg), Whitby, Ontario; aunts: Susie French, Corner Brook, Dorothy Somerton, Bay Roberts; uncle Willis French (Maureen), Corner Brook; many loving nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and cousins; his loving caregiver Brenda Gordon and loving respite worker Marilyn Woodman. He was predeceased by his mother Olive, 2000, father Arthur, 1988, brother Bruce, 2002, brother Taylor, 1950. Wake will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home on Monday, September 19 from 7-9 p.m. Service to be held from Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, September 20 at 2 p.m. with Marilyn Avery officiating. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Cancer Society.
