Peacefully with her family at her side, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Thursday, September 15, 2011, of Krista Leigh Cann, age 29 years. Beloved partner of Trevor Hall. Loving mother of Kaidin Hope. Dear daughter of Barbara Cann (Mike MacKinnon). Granddaughter of Katie Cann, Halifax. Niece of Lew and Janis Cann and Charlie and Sue MacLean.
