On Wednesday, September 14, 2011 Mr. Frederick Adrien (Fred) Ricard passed away peacefully at the Overlander Extended Care Home at the age of 85 years.

He is survived his brothers Harold and Wesley of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, his step daughter-in-law Pat and step grandsons Jared, Judsen and Devon Richards, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Fred was predeceased by his loving wife Helen in 1997 and step son Glen Richards in 1994.

Fred was born on March 18, 1926 in St. Ambroise, Manitoba.
