CLAVET, COLLEEN CARMELLE - Colleen Clavet, 74, passed away at K.E. Spencer Memorial Home on Friday, September 16, 2011. Born on April 27, 1937 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Suzanne (Pitre) Spencer. Before her retirement, Colleen was a waitress at Cy’s Seafood Restaurant for 12 years. She is survived by two daughters: Sharlene Gallant (Vincent) of Ammon, NB, and Angeline Landry (Chris) of Moncton; three sons: Ronald (Trisha) of Miramichi, Albert and Robert, both of Riverview; four sisters: Annie Ball of Gardner, Mass., Barbara Cormier (late Levi) of Leominster, Mass., Marlane Spencer of Rothesay, NB, and Theresa O’Brien (Ray) of Dover; three brothers: Albert (Doris) of Riverview, Norman (Late Eleanor) of Shelburne, ON, and Charles (Linda) of Coal Branch; 11 grandchildren, one great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Gérard (2000) and two nephews: Gary Cormier and Alexandre Mollins. Special thanks to the staff of A and B wings at K.E. The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 10 until time of departure (10:45). The funeral mass will be held at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce R.C. Church (854 Mountain Road), Moncton on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Fairhaven cemetery, Moncton.
