The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, Sept. 19, 2011 of Arnold Robert McNeill of Norboro, P.E.I. and formerly of Grand River, aged 66 years. Arnold was born on June 7, 1945 in Summerside, P.E.I. to his late parents Augustine and Josephine (nee Cameron) McNeill. Beloved husband of Virginia (nee Dalton) McNeill and loving father of Sherry-Lynn McNeill of Slemon Park and Jennifer (Carlo) Stea of Bradford, ON. Also lovingly remembered by his five grand-children; Chelsea, Breann and Brandon Hastings and Madison and Nathan Stea. Survived by the following brothers and sisters; Leonard (Florence) of Miscouche, Sarah Gallant of St. Eleanors, Doreen (Gerald) Gallant of Summerside, Bennett of Ajax, ON and Lil (Ken) Gallant of St. Eleanors. Besides his parents, Arnold was predeceased by brothers Walter and Junior. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, Sept. 21 for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Grand River. In lieu of flowers, donations in Arnold's memory to St. Patrick's Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.
