MARY MARGARET GILLIS
We, the family of the late Mary Margaret Gillis, wish to extend our sincerest thanks for the support and kindness we received from family and friends. Thank you to those who sat and chatted with us during the visitation, to those who sent flowers and made donations, to those who called with a kind word, to those who provided food, your compassion and generosity provided comfort at a difficult time. Thank you also to Tony Orychock, Kenny Johnston, Rob Hartigan, Brian Tobin, Bobby McCarron, and Tommy McCarron who served as pallbearers; to Dale Orychock, Raie Leith and Colleen Tobin who read during the service; to Peggy MacLean for the music she selected; to Father Paul Murphy and Father Roman Dusanowskyj for officiating at the funeral mass; to Bill Laurie and the staff of the Pier Community Funeral Home; and to Mary MacDonald for her wonderful catering services at the reception.
We also wish to thank the nurses and staff of the VON and City Homemakers for their superb care.
We also wish to especially thank Peter and Trish MacDonald for their unwavering and ongoing support.
