It is with great sorrow that the family of Phylicia Agnes Kelly, announce her passing on Friday, September 16th, 2011 at the Brampton Civic Hospital, in Brampton, ON, at the age of 23 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her mom; Rosie Kelly (Greg Burnett) of Brampton, her Dad; Dawson Goosney of Fort McMurray, her brother; Philip (Kristy) Kelly of Fort McMurray, her sisters; April Goosney (Marc) of Fort McMurray, and Anjelica Kelly (Tyler) of Brampton, her Nan; Margaret Kelly of Flowers Cove, especially, most important nephews; Hunter, & Logan, and niece Taylor whom she loved very much. Phylicia was predeceased by her Pop (Gilbert), Nan (Beatrice) Goosney, & Pop (Gregory) Kelly. Also leaves to mourn a large circle of family & friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Anglican Church in Parsons Pond, NL, today, Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Friday, September 23rd, 2011 at 2pm with the Rev. Jean Brenton-Hickman officiating with the burial to follow at the Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Parsons Pond, NL. The Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL. As expressions of sympathy, a donation will be made to The United Way, in Phylicia's memory and would be graciously appreciated by the family.
