John William Pynn
Passed away into peace after a long battle with an illness at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on Sept. 16, 2011, John William Pynn of St. Anthony, NL, in his 65th year. He leaves to mourn with a lifetime of fond memories his wife Audrey; daughters Paula (Robin) Luscombe, Lisa (Bryan) Patey, and Janet (Lee Ings); grandchildren Isabelle and Ronan Luscombe and Aaron and Riley Patey; brothers Ian (Christina) Pynn, Alistar (Rosann) Middleton, and Dennis (Gaye) Middleton; sister Patricia (Peter) Money; Joseph Pynn (Uncle); Susan (Bill) Penney and nieces and nephews plus a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Abil (Amelia) Pynn and Dorothy (George) Middleton, Lavinia Pynn (Mother) and Theophilus Pynn (Uncle). Visitation was held at the funeral home in St. Anthony followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19 at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church with Rev. Diane Smith and Lay Minister Robert Mesher officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
