Blair, Theresa (nee Roode) – Peacefully, at the the Woolcott Wing of the Welland Hospital on September 20, 2011 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Blair. Loving father of Diane Bafaro (Phil), Carl Blair (Jayne), Russell Blair (Lucy), Vernon Blair (Nancy), Kevin Blair and Kim Gasiorek. Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Gard and Adeline Roode, brother Don and his wife Betty Roode of Truro, Nova Scotia and son-in-law Doug Gasiorek. The family will receive friends at the H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Saturday, September 24th from 6 – 8 p.m. A private interment will be held at a later date.
