Born February 23, 1927. Passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 at home in St. John’s, Norman Tucker (Merchant Marine). Pre-deceased by his wife Dorothy. Leaving to mourn sons: Claude, Lorne, Barry, Wayne, Terry, Dave and Peter; daughters: Donna, Daisy, Doreen, Brenda and Jackie; 21 grandchildren; brothers: Absolum, Gid, Roy, Boyce, Ford and Bruce; sister Ruby; and special friend Loretta Murray. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday from 12 noon - 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Mundy Pond Rd. in St. John’s, NL on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow.
