CAREEN, Charles Francis – Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre after a sudden but courageous battle with cancer in his 69th year. Leaving to mourn his wife of 43 years Christina, daughters: Sandra and husband Anthony Eveleigh of Courtice, Ontario and Connie Granville of Placentia, Newfoundland. Proud Papa of Corina and Josh, Michael, Leigh-Anne and Leslie. Survived by 14 brothers and sisters and their families. Charles was superintendent at 1299 Bayview Avenue for 14 years. Leaving behind many friends especially Eva and Harry Greene. Predeceased by parents Agnes and Bert, his brother Anthony and sister Mary. Service was held on Friday, September 23.
