Peacefully at the Prince Edward Home on Saturday, October 17, 2009, of Margaret Currie, age 85 years. Daughter of the late Jack Currie and Alice (Murphy). Beloved sister of the late Blanche MacLeod, Jessie Currie, Georgina Larter, Fred Murphy and Arthur Feehan. She is fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 on Tuesday morning, then transferred to St. Dunstan’s Basilica for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Monday 6 to 9 p.m. Due to allergies please refrain from wearing scents or perfumes. Flowers gratefully declined.
