Suddenly, at the Western Hospital, Alberton as a result of a motor vehicle accident, on Saturday, October 17, 2009 of Raymond Charles Dunville of Cape Wolfe, aged 84, beloved husband of Gertrude (nee O’Halloran). Born in West Cape on March 24, 1925, son of the late Garnet & Joanna (Brooks) Dunville. Cherished father of Deborah (Barry) Wedge, Hamilton, ON; Valerie (Frank) Clements, Milburn; Ricky (Nancy) Dunville, Mount Royal; Rodney (Kenda), Cape Wolfe; Joanne (Allan) Coughlin, West Devon; Shannon (Lori Ann), Alberton. Loving grandfather of 28 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Elsie (Leigh) Griffin, Cape Wolfe; Norma Mill, Hamilton, ON; Doris (Ferdie) Clements, Roseville; Alfred (Shirley) O’Halloran, Cape Wolfe; Vera (James) Clements, Campbellton; Carol (Steve) Clements, Howlan, Barry (Sherry) O’Halloran, Summerside. Predeceased by sons Allan and Joseph in infancy along with brothers Tommy, James and sister Lennie Wood. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday until 9:45 a.m. then to St. Mark’s Roman Catholic Church, Burton Lot 7 for funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. Memorials to the Diabetes Association or St Mark’s Cemetery fund would be appreciated.
