Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Harvey Austin aged 84 years. Predeceased by mother, father, three brothers and four sisters. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 63 years: Frances; one son: Don (Angela); one daughter: June (Gil Boyce); one grandson: John Boyce (Sherry); two precious great-granddaughters Maggie and Emma Boyce also a large number of nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Monday, Oct. 19th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, Oct. 20th at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Harvey’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of one’s choice.
