Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Sunday, October 18, 2009, Wayne Patrick Johnson, age 61 years. Predeceased by his mother Ellen Grace and father John Johnson; brothers Cyril, Charles, John and Raymond. Leaving to mourn his sisters Margaret Spuck and Betty Jaeger (U.S.A.) and brother Francis (Ontario). Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews and friends. Wayne will be always remembered by those who were truly close to him, his long-term caregivers Ken Clift, Cyril Johnson, Derick Johnson, Darryl Johnson and Fab Murphy. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. from Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Cancer Care Foundation.
