David Michael passed away on September 26, 2011 at home aged 50 years. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Heather, children Jesse, Kristen, Brittany, Tyler, Tyson, also by his two grandchildren Zoey and Kipton, sister Linda Martin, brother Ray and by his many dear friends.
