Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on October 2nd, 2011, Thomas Maher aged 64 years. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Annie Maher, Sister Mary (Tiller) and infant brother Daniel. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his brother John ( Linda), and sister Christine (Pat) Morrissey. Tommy will be also be missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and friend Brenda Coady. A very special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of 3 north of the Escasoni Complex for their love and care of Tommy, as well as the recreation staff for their support and care over the years. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Monday and Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held from Corpus Christi Church on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Hoyles-Escasoni Complex or The Down Syndrome Society.
