Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on October 17, 2009, Calvert Squires, age 72, of Chamberlains, Conception Bay South. Predeceased by parents, Herbert and Rachael Squires; brothers: Marvin, Fred and Junior; father and mother in-law Fred and Violet Earle; brothers-in law: David Earle, Marvin Williams and Derrick Stafford. Leaving to mourn, with fond and loving memories his wife Sandra, daughter Pamela, sons: Bradley (Debbie), Rodney (Darlene), Craig (Regina) and Christopher (Yvonne); grandchildren: Calyssa, Christian, Teri-Marie and Jonathan Squires; sisters: Annie Stafford and Lenora (Albert) Woolgar; brother Leonard (Edna); sisters-in-law: Mary Squires and Doreen Squires, Una (Harry) Douthett, Barbara Earle nee Lester, Margaret (Kevin) Fowler, Barbara Earle, Linda (Raymond) Bowering, Olga (Linton) Barnes, Paula (Paul) Ennis, Pamela (Paul) Vokey; many nieces and nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. Pearl, on Sunday, October 18th, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, October 19th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20th, from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Topsail. Cremation to follow.
