Margaret Clare Broderick
We, the family of the late Margaret “Margie” Broderick would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to our relatives and friends for their kindness shown during the loss of our loving aunt, grand-aunt, great-grand-aunt and sister-in-law. Heartfelt thanks are extended to the QEII Doctors and Nurses and Palliative Care Team, RJF Health Care Nurses and the Berkeley Bedford Staff who took extremely good care of Margie over the months that she spent in Halifax.Thank you to Father Leo Boone of St. Anne’s Parish for your touching eulogy and Christian Farewell. To the choir of St. Anne’ Parish, Thank You for the beautiful hymns. Thanks is also extended to the altar servers and Eucharistic Minister. A special thank you to Mary Jo and Elizabeth Anne Broderick (nieces) and Lindsey McIntyre (grandniece) for delivering the readings and general intercessions and also to Janice McIntyre and Margaret David, (nieces) for presenting the offertory gifts. Margie would be so proud of you all. To the pallbearers: Jamie Broderick, Paul Gauthier (nephews), Jeffrey McIntyre (grand-nephew), Reginald Gauthier (brother-in-law), Harold McIntyre (nephew-in-law) and Tom Murphy (cousin) who were honored to be her pallbearers. Thank you to the Ladies of St. Anne’s Parish who provided the luncheon after the funeral. A special word of thanks to all who sent donations, flowers, mass offerings, sympathy cards and enrolments.
