Passed away suddenly on October 7, at the age of 69. Leaving to mourn his wife Cecile, sons: Stephen, Andrew, Kevin, Dale and daughter Mannon and their families. Also, left to celebrate his life, brothers: Gerald (Ann), Bernard (Linda), Richard (Sol), Carl (Linda), Gene (Sharon), sisters: Julia (Owen) O’Neill and Bernadette (Ron) Pike, several nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his dad and mom Gerald and Rebecca McHugh, sister Geraldine, brothers Reginald and most recently Edward (August 30, 2011). Cremation and arrangements will take place in Ottawa.
