Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s on Sunday, October 9, 2011 Lorne Penney of Clarenville aged 63 years. Predeceased by sister’s Lorraine Greening, Catherine George, Dorett Adams and father Archibald Penney. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Alma of 42 years; daughter Lisa Sillanpaa (Jari) of Ontario; mother Annie Dove Penney of Lethbridge; sisters Jocelyn Humby of Morley’s Siding, Rosalind Gallagher (David) of Ontario, Brenda Penney of Lethbridge, Patricia Penney (Larry Johnson) of Shoal Harbour, Georgina Greenslade (Shawn) of Foxtrap; brother Randy Penney (Audrey) of Ontario; two grandaughters Tiffany and Kristina and a large circle of relatives and friends. Remains rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral took place on Thursday, October 13, 2011 from the Pentecostal Church, Clarenville with interment at the Interdenominational cemetery in Clarenville.
