Peacefully at Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, surrounded by her special family, on Monday, Oct. 10, 2011 of Edith Luelle Boyle, Summerside, formerly of Conway and Maine, aged 91. Born in Conway on Nov. 25, 1919, daughter of the late John and Annie (Burns) Palmer. Survived by her special family Robert, Connie, Bobby Joe, Laura Lee Morrison (Joel Wood) and Allie Morrison Booth. She is also survived by her step children Irma (George) Williams, Bideford; Louis (Joyce) Boyle, Oldtown, Maine; Linda (Adrien) Senecal, Dover, New Hampshire; Paula (Gary) Thomas, Holden, Maine and step daughter in law Faye Boyle, Oldtown, Maine; brothers Charles (Erma) Palmer, Summerside; Cecil (Elizabeth) Palmer, Borden and sister in law Edith Morrison, Summerside. Edith is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her first husband Wallace Morrison in 1977 and second husband Elmer Boyle in 2009, step children Robert Morrison, Jean Kay and Michael Boyle, brother Harold(Verna ) Palmer and sister Ruth (Clifford) Ellis. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Wednesday from 6-8:30 p.m. Funeral will be held on Thursday in the Freeland Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the Freeland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. In memory of Edith, donations to Freeland Presbyterian Church Cemetery would be appreciated.
