Shirley Nicholson, 56, of Port Elgin, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at the Sackville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Port Elgin, she was a daughter of the late Austin and Hilda (Alder) Nicholson.
Shirley was an outgoing lady who kept everyone laughing. She loved to be on the go, even after she became sick no one could keep her from being active.
She will be sadly missed by her siblings Sharon Love, Toronto, Austin, Port Elgin, Jessie Nicholson, Toronto, Tony, Moncton, Nettie Xerri, Toronto, several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Cremation has taken place under the care of Jones Funeral Home, 3 West Main St., Port Elgin, N.B. (506-538-2241). At Shirley's request there will be no visitation or service.
