WOODLAND-FOWLER, Ada Maud (nee Driscoll) — Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre on December 12, 2008 with her loving family by her side at the age of 75. Predeceased by husband William Woodland and Heber Peach. Leaving to mourn her loving husband James Fowler, her daughter Brenda Bowering and husband Wayne of Ft. McMurray, AB; sons: Glenn and wife Ethel of Paradise and Rod and wife Michelle of Lloydminster, AB. Grandchildren: Trevor and Christopher Bowering; Corrie (Taryn), Renee and Bradley Woodland, Amanda (Andrew) and Angela Woodland. One great-granddaughter, Hayley Gushue Woodland. Her stepdaughters: Gertie Henderson (Norman), Joyce Shinkle (Matt), stepson Jimmy Fowler and their families. Brothers: Douglas Driscoll (Sybil), Bert Driscoll (Jean), Sisters: Loretta Kelloway, Millicent Sainsbury, Geraldine Butler (Stan), Bernice Soper (Harold). Sisters-in-law Louise Penny (Eric), Delphine Woodland; Brothers-in-law:Harry Woodland (Gladys), Cecil Woodland, Llewellyn Woodland (Renee). Also a large circle of nieces, nephew, family and friends. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of the Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion to Mom. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Saturday, December 13th and Sunday December 14th 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services to take place on Monday, December 15th at the Salvation Army Citadel, Adams Avenue at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery on Blackmarsh Road.
