The death occurred on Monday, October 17, 2011 at the KGH in Kingston, Ontario, and formerly of East Baltic, P.E.I., of Robert Layton Rose, age 81 years.
Beloved husband of Elsie (nee White); father of Cathy and Steve. Survived by sisters, Jessie Dixon, Mavis (Elwood) Ching, Anita Baker, Marina Johnston and brothers, Alvin (Joan), Waldon (Bertie), Huntley (Thelma) Rose; also two sisters-in-law, Edna Rose, Charlottetown and Shirley Rose, Kingston, Ontario.
Predeceased by parents, Wallace and Olive Rose; brothers, Lyman and Herbert Rose; sisters, Rita Thornhill and Myrtle Dixon.
Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Kingston, Ontario. The funeral will be held on Saturday, October, 22, 2011.
