It is with great sadness that the family of Raymond Lemuel Hynes announce his sudden passing at the Bonne Bay Health Center, on Wednesday, October 19th, 2011 at the age of 82 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Susie of 57 years, his sons: Wayne (Marie), Roger (Cynthia), Shane (Beryl) and Barry (Darlene), his brothers: Reg (Winnifred) and Harvey (Marie), his brother-in-law Harold Whelan, his grandchildren: Mark, Angie (Clinton), Kelly, Wendy, Sara, Ryan, Erica (Charlie), Samantha, Rodney and Joey, his gerat-grandchildren: Tori, Brayden and Jace. Also leaves to mourn a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family & friends, father was predeceased by his mother & father: Gertrude & George, his brother, Richard, mother and father-in- law: Lydia & Stephen Whelan, his great grandson, Aiden. The family will be receiving family & friends from The Church of the Good Shepherd in Norris Point, today, Thursday, October 20th, 2011, from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. & continuing on Friday, October 21st, 2011, from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 22nd, 2011, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jean Brenton Hickman officiating, the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Norris Point, NL.
