It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of a dear husband, father, brother, uncle and friend on October 21, 2009 on the “Challenger,” Maersk supply boat. Age 58 years of Trepassey. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Theresa, his parents-in-law William and Pauline Fleming and his brother-in-law Albert. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife, Carmel (Fleming); his three sons who were his pride and joy: Trevor (Jennifer), Todd (Sherri Lee) and Troy. His sisters: Gloria (Gary Ayles), Hazel (Bob Hurman), Judy (John Brazil), Delores (Peter Halleran), Karen (Brian Maloney), Marina, Joan (Hans Shepperd). Brothers: Bruce (Ida Whalen), Don (Carolyn King), Gordie (Michelle Gledhill), Rick (Tina Power), Kurt (Melissa Bryan) and Brian. A very dear and special Aunt: Josephine Waddleton (Steve White) and Mae Bulger. Also leaving to mourn many nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, co-workers and a very large circle of friends. Losing Keith has been a terrible shock, his pleasant personality, fun-loving spirit, kind heart and thoughtfulness will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. Resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home in Trepassey on Sunday, October 25 from 7 to 9 p.m and on Monday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Tuesday, October 27 from 10 a.m.to 12 noon. Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, October 27 at 1 p.m. from Holy Redeemer Church, Trepassey. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
