Effie Reid
We, the family of the late Effie Reid, extend a sincere thank you to all those who assisted during our recent bereavement. To Wayne Weatherbee and staff of Sydney memorial, and to Rev. Stephen Mills, enough words cannot be written to properly thank them. They took the burden from our shoulders, placed it on their own, and attended to every detail from the arrangements to the burial in Lake View Cemetery, Gabarus. To organist Flora Gardiner, soloist Anne Marie MacNevin and Gaelic soloist Kenneth Morrison, perfection at its best. To the pallbearers for giving their time to lay Mom to rest. To Dr. Kodagoda, Unit 4C, Regional Hospital, and to the great staff of the Cove Guest Home, who treated Mom so well, from her arrival to her final days, your effort will always be appreciated. Also to Ann Ellis and Donna Zinck, who were there for Mom, and for us, a sincere thanks. Finally, to everyone who visited the Funeral Home, attended the service, prepared the gravesite, sent cards, donations, called and helped in any way, we are grateful, as I am sure Mom would be too.
