Helen Sara Harlton of Athabasca Towers in Moose Jaw passed peacefully with her daughters by her side on October 24, 2009. Helen is predeceased by her husband, George; her parents, Jim and Ada Sutherland; granddaughter, Kendra; son-in-law, Roger; brother, George; sister-in-law, Arlene; as well as several of her husband George’s family. Helen will be sadly missed by her daughters, Marilyn (Ron) Mountenay and their family, Merle (and the late Roger Thomason) and their family; nephews, Carl Sutherland, and Brad (Pat) Sutherland and their family; sister in laws Helen Potts, Della Richardson, Martha Code; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday October 28th at 1:30 p.m. in the W.J. Jones and Son Funeral Chapel with Linda Owens officiating. Helen will be laid to rest beside her husband George at Stony Beach Cemetery.
