Hall, Lorena Jean (Fuller), age 89. It is with great sadness and deep regret that we announce the passing on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Colchester Regional Hospital Truro, of our much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Lorena, Nan and Nannie Hall in her 90th year. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Beatrice (Berry) Fuller. She lived her early life in Truro and Bible Hill and her entire life was devoted to her beloved family. She was predeceased her loving husband Robert “Joe”; sisters, Hazel Ferris, Doris Perry-Jack; twin brother at birth; daughter-in-law Olive (Ferguson) Hall; son-in-law, Charles Richardson. She is survived by her loving son, Robert (Shirley), Greenfield; daughters, Carole “Tootie” Richardson, Hamilton, ON; Brenda J. (Austin) Blondon, Fall River; loving grandchildren, Denise Hall (Rick Munro), Chris (Jodi) Blondon, Lorenda (Joe) Harper, Patrick (Suzanne) Richardson, Kelly (Jean) Genier; very loving great-grandchildren, Brittany, Jason, Owen, Luke, Isabella, James, Sophie, Lily; extended family, Gloria Nelson, Kim (Richard) Keizer, Stephanie, Michael, Bailey, Mya; also survived by nieces, grand nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Lorena’s most favorite Dr. Stephen Ellis and the wonderful staff at the Village Family Pharmacy who took such great care of her. Visitation will be held 7-9pm Wednesday, October 28, and funeral service 2pm Thursday, October 29, all in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro, with Rev. Ebbie Snow officiating. Interment will then be held in the Bible Hill Cemetery. A reception will follow in St. David’s United Church Hall, 18 St. David’s Avenue, Bible Hill. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NS, the Colchester Regional Hospital Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
