On Saturday, October 24, 2009, the death occurred of Cecil E. Jay, Wilmington, North Carolina, in his 89th year.
Cec is survived by his wife, Catherine Douglas, and three sons, George, Howard and Bruce and their families. His son, Herbert, predeceased him.
The funeral will be held in Wilmington and his ashes will later be interred in Mt. Stewart People’s Cemetery.
